The project
Two private villas in Peliatan, in the Ubud area of the Gianyar regency. Inland sites around Ubud typically involve slopes, river setbacks and narrow access roads, which shape both design and construction logistics.
ICM’s role
Project manager on the owner’s side, coordinating design, contractor and site.
Scope of work
- Coordination between owner, designer and contractor.
- Programme and budget control.
- Site supervision and progress reporting.
- Permit coordination in line with the approved design.
